Downloading the App

The Sign In App Companion (Sign In Companion) is free to download from both Apple's App Store and Google's Play Store for iOS and Android respectively. Instructions and links are provided in your invitation email. You can also find the download links below:

Connecting the App

1. Download the App: Install the app from the provided store links.
   
   
2. Open the App: Tap "Get started."
   
   
   
3. Enter Authorisation Code: Input the 12-digit authorisation code from your invitation email.
   
   
   
   
4. Complete Setup: You're now ready to use the Sign In App Companion.
   

Requesting a New Code

Companion app invite codes are unique, can only be used once, and expire after 72 hours. If your code has expired or you have already used it, request a new one directly from the invitation email by clicking the "Send me a new code" button. For further assistance, please contact the IT Support helpdesk.
